Our Story
NOML began as a community‑based effort to address the silent burden of chronic disease in underserved communities. Today, through the Northwest Florida Health & Wellness Program, NOML serves Okaloosa and Walton counties with health fairs, education, and care navigation that meet people where they are — in churches, schools, and community centers.
