Mr. Broderick Grimes
Broderick Grimes serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Not One More Life Inc. He has over 40 years’ experience in corporate sales and marketing with IBM, AT&T, Southwestern Bell, and Knology-WOW Communications.
Mr. Grimes holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Coe College (Cedar Rapids, Iowa). He is also a certified graduate of the IBM, Southwestern Bell, AT&T, and Knology Corporate Marketing Training Programs.
He has received the following Corporate Sales Recognition Awards: (9) IBM One Hundred Percent Club Awards, (5) Southwestern Bell One Hundred Percent Club Awards, (1) Southwestern Bell President’s Club Awards, (4) AT&T One Hundred Percent Club Awards, (2) Cingular Wireless Hundred Percent Club Awards, and (6) Knology President’s Club Awards.
Chief Operation Officer
Mr. Mario Maxwell, RN
Mario Maxwell the Chief Operations Officer for Not One More Life Inc. and is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 34 years of experience in critical care nursing. He currently serves as the Director of Critical Care at HCA Florida Twin Cities Hospital, where he oversees ICU operations, staff development, and quality-driven patient outcomes.
Mr. Maxwell is a retired U.S. Air Force Officer with more than 20 years of distinguished military service. During his tenure, he served as a critical care nurse, a member of Critical Care Air Transport teams delivering advanced care in austere environments, and as Inspector General at Nellis Air Force Base, where he led oversight, compliance, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
He is also a contributing author to the State of Nevada’s Crisis Standards of Care Plan, reflecting his commitment to advancing healthcare preparedness and equitable care delivery during times of crisis.
As Chief Operating Officer of Not One More Life, Inc., Mr. Maxwell brings a deep passion for reducing health disparities and improving access to care in underserved communities. His leadership drives operational excellence and community-focused health initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission to provide actionable health education, validated screenings, and care navigation through trusted partnerships.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. LeRoy Maxwell Graham, Jr., MD, FCCP
LeRoy Maxwell Graham, Jr., MD, FCCP, is a nationally recognized pulmonologist, educator, advocate, and healthcare leader dedicated to improving respiratory health and reducing healthcare disparities. He earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and has devoted his career to advancing pulmonary medicine, asthma education, and community health initiatives.
Dr. Graham has held numerous leadership positions within the American Thoracic Society, the American College of Chest Physicians (CHEST), and the National Medical Association, where he has contributed to the development of clinical education, public health initiatives, and policies aimed at improving outcomes for patients with respiratory disease.
A Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians (FCCP), Dr. Graham is widely respected for his expertise in pulmonary medicine, his commitment to health equity, and his efforts to bridge the gap between clinical care and community engagement.
Driven by a passion for community service, Dr. Graham founded Not One More Life, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing health disparities through education, screening, navigation, and outreach programs. Originally focused on asthma education and intervention, the organization has expanded its mission to address a broad range of health concerns affecting underserved communities.
As Chief Medical Officer of Not One More Life, Inc., Dr. Graham provides clinical leadership and strategic guidance to support the organization as it has expanded its mission of empowering communities, improving health outcomes, and ensuring that every individual has access to the knowledge and resources necessary to live a healthier life.
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Robert L. Riley, Jr., PMP
Robert Riley serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Technology Officer for Not One More Life Inc. He has over 25 years acquisition experience as a Program Manager and Systems Engineer for the United States Air Force. Mr. Riley is a member of the Air Force Acquisition Corps, a professional workforce of military and civilian personnel responsible for managing the research, development, procurement, and sustainment of Air Force and Space Force capabilities.
Mr. Riley has managed over $100M worth of military acquisition programs across four different military bases. His adept business acumen and technical prowess have resulted in the successful transition and fielding of multiple weapon systems. Mr. Riley has authored or co-authored over 20 technical papers and peer-reviewed journal articles capturing the various aerospace and defense technical contributions made across his federal civil service career.
Mr. Riley is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and serves as the primary Grants Manager for NOML. In terms of community health & wellness, he is also a certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA). In this capacity, he uses both his PMP and MHFA skills as a volunteer for the Okaloosa Walton County Medical Reserve Corps to help support disaster response agencies and health departments that may become overwhelmed by the need for medical care as required by community members living in Northwest Florida’s Okaloosa or Walton counties.
Mr. Riley holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Tuskegee University. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and a Master of Engineering degree in Systems Engineering from Cornell University. Through the Warfighting Acquisition University, Mr. Riley holds such certifications as Program Management, Engineering, and Cost Estimating just to name a few.
Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Terry Myles
Terry Myles serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for Not One More Life, Inc. He is a retired U.S. Army Staff Sergeant with 20 years of honorable military service and more than five years of experience as a Physical Evaluation Board Liaison Officer (PEBLO). Prior to becoming a PEBLO, he worked in medical logistics for the Department of Veterans Affairs, supporting healthcare operations and the distribution of critical medical supplies and equipment.
In his current role, Terry guides service members through the Disability Evaluation System process by coordinating medical documentation, scheduling and tracking VA appointments, managing cases, communicating with healthcare providers and military leadership, and ensuring service members understand each phase of their medical evaluation and benefits process.
Terry's educational background reflects his commitment to service, leadership, and mental health advocacy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Mental Health. He also earned a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling with a cognate in Military Resilience, along with a Graduate Certificate in Military Resilience.
His extensive experience in military service, healthcare administration, medical support, and community outreach has fueled a lifelong passion for serving others, strengthening communities, and improving access to quality healthcare resources.
